There is something deeply satisfying about a really good breakfast. You know the kind I mean. A hot, simple endless cup of coffee in a thick white mug, followed by truly delicious plate of eggs and a side of crispy bacon. Yum!
If you’re looking for breakfast anytime (sometimes those cravings come at strange times, don’t they?), visit Cup and Saucer in San Jose. A busy family restaurant, you’ll find classic American favorites on the menu with a few fresh twists like the crab avocado souffle omelettte or the Gorgonzola scramble.
I suggest you try the Eggs Florentine – Benedict over a bed of fresh spinach. Two times I’ve ordered this same dish, and two times the eggs have been cooked perfectly. That gives the Cup and Saucer a big thumbs up in my book. Be prepared and come hungry – portions are hearty!
